Starting and Ending Dates for Fall Semester ’09
Arrival Date: Saturday, August 29, 2009
Plan to arrive as early as is feasible on Saturday. We will pick you up at the Medford airport or the Klamath Falls Amtrak station. An informal get-together is planned at 7:30 p.m. Saturday for all those who have arrived by that time. Formal sessions, including an area walk-around, begin Sunday morning.
Departure Date: Monday, December 14, 2009
Formal events end late Sunday evening. We will get you to the Medford airport in time for the earliest flights (beginning at 5 a.m.) on Monday morning. We will also supply transportation to the Monday morning Amtrak trains out of Klamath Falls.
