We’d be happy to answer your particular questions and offer any help we can in gaining the cooperation of your home school. We accept students on a first-come first-served basis, but the enrollment process is often open well into summer. You can also write to us at:

Electronic Application

Save the Adobe PDF version of our application to your computer (right click to download the linked file or control click on some Macs). You may type your responses directly into this digital application. Make sure to save periodically. IMPORTANT: Open the application with Adobe Reader (other pdf readers may not save your information) in order to save your typed info. 

If necessary, you can download the latest Adobe Reader from the Adobe web site.

Then e-mail the finished .pdf file back to us at admissions@oregonextension.org.

Starting and Ending Dates for Fall Semester 2014

Arrival Date: Saturday, August 23rd, 2014

Plan to arrive as early as is feasible on Saturday. We will pick you up at the Medford airport or bus depot, or the Klamath Falls Amtrak station. An informal get-together is planned at 7:30 p.m. Saturday for all those who have arrived by that time. Formal sessions, including an area walk-around, begin Sunday morning.

Departure Date: Friday, December 12th, 2014

Formal events end late Thursday evening. We will get you to the Medford airport in time for the earliest flights (beginning at 5 a.m.) on Friday morning. We will also supply transportation to the Medford bus depot Friday, and to the morning Amtrak train out of Klamath Falls.
