Starting and Ending Dates for Fall Semester 2013
Arrival Date: Saturday, August 24, 2012
Plan to arrive as early as is feasible on Saturday. We will pick you up at the Medford airport or bus depot, or the Klamath Falls Amtrak station. An informal get-together is planned at 7:30 p.m. Saturday for all those who have arrived by that time. Formal sessions, including an area walk-around, begin Sunday morning.
Departure Date: Friday, December 13, 2012
Formal events end late Thursday evening. We will get you to the Medford airport in time for the earliest flights (beginning at 5 a.m.) on Friday morning. We will also supply transportation to the Medford bus depot Friday, and to the morning Amtrak train out of Klamath Falls.
